National Taiwan Ocean University Dept. Harbor & River Engineering

The Department offers programs leading to Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Philosophy.

1. A minimum of 137 credits must be taken with 104 credits at the department for the B.S. degree.
2. A minimum of 24 credits plus seminar must be taken with a thesis for the M.S. degree.
3. A minimum of 18 credits plus seminar must be taken with a dissertation for the PhD degree.

The department offers Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Executive Master of Engineering, Doctor of philosophy degrees. The undergraduate and graduate programs are accredited by IEET (Institute of Engineering Education Taiwan).
